With "little fix" I meant the fix from this bug (dropping the build-dependency on gnupg1). So to be clear the flycheck source package version 30-2 now builds *unmodified* on Ubuntu/16.04, so there's no additional change needed. As for the changelog entry, that's added automatically at package build time by Launchpad's recipes system [0], so there's no need to check it in revision control.
