Package: wnpp Severity: normal The license of Aseprite was changed to a non-free license starting from version 1.1.8. See [1] for more background. I do not use Aseprite myself and have not much motivation for maintaining a package that the author is not happy with.
There is already a GPL fork at [2]. If someone wants to take over the package to track this or another fork, let me know. Otherwise I might ask for removal of the package from unstable after the stretch release.
