Hello Paul!

I've got good news: I prepared a fix for the bug you reported.
With this fix, apt-listbugs will not crash on [Ctrl+d], but instead
will behave as if the user had issued any other unrecognized command.

This fix will be part of the next apt-listbugs version (0.1.22) which
will be uploaded to Debian unstable. This will hopefully happen soonish.
