Can reproduce it, but it's fixed by lowering the graphics settings. Try restarting the game without -vulkan, lower the settings and try again with -vulkan. Probably the same as: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues/57 It really shouldn't crash due to this, so I suggest reporting this upstream.
