Erm, it appears to be the other way around?
The fprobe-ng source package was last uploaded in August, and was at
version 1.1-3 when it was removed last November due to being obsolete
(not being the source package for any binaries in the archive). The
fprobe source package, on the other hand, was last uploaded in November:
fprobe (1.1-4) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Replace the old fprobe package with the fprobe-ng version
(closes: #322869)
* Added a fprobe-ng meta package for the fprobe-ng -> fprobe transition
If that's correct then there's nothing left to remove and this bug can be
closed.
