Bug#848084: no way to restore toolbar once gone

Try
$ fbreader
Now stop it with ALT F4.
Now replace the contents of .FBReader/ui.xml with

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<config>
  <group name="InfoDialog">
    <option name="SelectedTab" value="Common"/>
  </group>
  <group name="Options">
    <option name="WindowState" value="2"/>
  </group>
  <group name="ToggleButtonGroup">
    <option name="booksOrder" value="byAuthor"/>
  </group>
</config>

and do
$ fbreader
again.

Note how there is no way to get the toolbar back.
No I don't remember how it got that way on my computer.
