At this point 4 out of 6 strong rdeps are using libxtables12 even without
any binNMUs having taken place, so I think perhaps at this point we have
stepped in so far that, should we wade no more, returning were as tedious
as go o'er. (With apologies to Shakespeare.)
I suspect doing the revert would end up as rather a mess, because of the
past upload of a libxtables11 incorrectly containing libxtables.so.12, which
required Breaks/Replaces to fix.
