Hi there, Andrew, the homepage for gpointingdevicesettings seems to have been moved to https://wiki.gnome.org/Attic/GPointingDeviceSettings, which seems to be the place to put entrys about dead projects. The project seems to have been abandoned upstream, so I don't know if it is useful to update the homepage field or if the package should be removed completely.
