Dear Maintainer,
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Properly clean-up quantum control file fragments from `debian/rules
update_pkg`
I noticed during a build here that running `debian/rules update_pkg`
left stray debian/control.d/quantum.{q16,q16hdri} files around.
