The status of #832062 is not so clear-cut. I think it's open to interpretation whether the file in question in that bug report is actually available for use under a DFSG-compatible license, which is why I looped in ftpmasters in the bug report (see my reply at [1] for my understanding of the current situation), but have not received any sort of response.
