Package: jmtpfs Version: 0.5-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
My mobile phone (OnePlus One) when mounted via jmtpfs, misreports the size of jpg files (via stat or ls), giving them as five bytes too small. The files can be copied over to a local disk and appear to be well-formed. Running wc against the jmtpfs-mounted device gives the correct byte count. This breaks the de-duplication in git annex. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages jmtpfs depends on: ii fuse 2.9.3-15+deb8u2 ii libc6 2.19-18+deb8u6 ii libfuse2 2.9.3-15+deb8u2 ii libgcc1 1:4.9.2-10 ii libmagic1 1:5.22+15-2+deb8u2 ii libmtp9 1.1.8-1+b1 ii libstdc++6 4.9.2-10 ii libusb-1.0-0 2:1.0.19-1 jmtpfs recommends no packages. jmtpfs suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- John
