The new upstream release of rdflib is now a blocker for both inclusion
of new packages (#838840) and update of existing packages (#842661).
Please consider addressing this issue to allow work on the above
mentioned packages to resume. If maintenance time is short, you might
want to consider moving this package to team-maintenance under the
Python Modules Team, where it would benefit from greater visibility.
