Control: tag -1 + moreinfo unreproducible

Hm. I tried to reproduce this several times now (in addition to what
I've been doing back when writing this binfmt integration), but I can't
reproduce the problem.

Do you maybe remember which version of qemu-user-static has been
installed on your system before?  Maybe /var/log/dpkg* contains
something?

I can add a forcible-work-around this by removing binfmt
registration of the same entries in qemu-user-binfmt if it
belongs to qemu-user-static, but the thing is that on my
machine, qemu-user-static cleans up the registration on
package removal (not even at purge time), so there's nothing
left to clean up.
