Hi Andres, about the alternatives. Your suggestion[1]:
* 'postinst configure' always installs the alternative
* 'prerm remove' removes the alternative
* 'postrm remove' and 'postrm disappear' remove the alternative
If I add remove call to postrm, lintian outputs:
W: miwm: maintainer-script-should-not-use-update-alternatives-remove
postrm:12
Should I just consider that Lintian 2.5.49 hasn't been updated to know
about this and ignore the warning for now?
