Package: libcunit1-dev
Version: 2.1-2.dfsg-2
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
while trying to build libcoap on Jessie the upstream maintainer Olaf Bergmann
found a broken libdir variable within the cunit.pc file.
prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir={exec_prefix}/lib
^
includedir=${prefix}/include/CUnit
Name: CUnit
Description: The C Unit Test Library
Libs: -L${libdir} -lcunit
CFlags: -I${includedir}
The Dollar character is missing on the libdir varaible.
By this the cunit.pc file isn't usable by pkg-config and breaks the build for
libcoap as pkg-config wont find cunit.
In testing and above this issue isn't alive.
Regards
Carsten
