It can easily be fixed in your debian/po/POTFILES.in:
-[type: gettext/rfc822deb] interchange-cat-foundation.templates
+[type: gettext/rfc822deb] interchange-cat-standard.templates
Please also consider adding debconf-updatepo to the clean target of the
debian/rules. You would have seen this error by building this package
and it ensures you that you have up-to-date po files in the source
package.
