Wait a minute, this bug was logged for logwatch 5.2.2, and the exim
script overhaul I submitted was not long before the release of the last
version 6. I'm thinking that the "thousands of lines" reported in the
bug-id is long since fixed in logwatch itself.

Unfortunately I've not gotten any information how the actual lines look
like.
I still suggest adding the additional lines matches, and will be happy
to work on that.
That would be nice. What would maybe make sense is to provide the
*Option* to use the output of eximstats.
