I can reproduce this now. While I'm not seeing this with existing VMs that fire up X I can reproduce it when running virt-install (where the VM uses console mode). The display is not white though, it has fragments of the actual image. All is fine when zooming so this seems to only hit when scaling to "normal size" as it's called in the menu. The console has this every time I do this: The (virt-viewer:6967): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to underallocate VirtViewerDisplaySpice's child SpiceDisplay 0xb163d0. Allocation is 583x437, but minimum required size is 640x480. might be related but I'm not seeing this all the time when hitting 'CTRL-0'.
