Debian Bug Tracking System [osdn.debian.or.jp].
please change the mentioned server to point to the standard Debian
central server at *.debian.org and update program and the
documentation accordingly. A URL pointing to a page that lists other
bug tracking servers can be added after that.

Please change this to more generic location, like: ~foo/apt-listbugs.
Is the trailing slash necessary? => make the programs accept non-trailing
slash and update the documentation accordingly
