Package: dh-python Version: 2.20160818 Severity: wishlist Dear maintainer,
My package ocrmypdf uses py.test, but it needs pytest-runner to
successfully run the tests if the package is not already installed.
pybuild's current support for invoking py.test fails if ocrmypdf is not
yet installed.
I am currently using this:
override_dh_auto_test:
python3 setup.py test
plus a build-dependency on python3-pytest-runner, but I am not sure
whether this is the standard way to invoke pytest-runner. Some further
discussion is here.[1]
Thanks.
