The wtop (orphan and in experimental), originally, uses BSD-3-Clause license. The packaging uses GPL (GPL-3, I can supose, considering that it isn't clear in debian/copyright). I would like to change the packaging to BSD-3-Clause to make the upstream source code and packaging full compliant. To do it, I need your agreement. Can you tell me about your opinion?
