Hi,
(Found via #835617)
congress/datalog/Python{2,3}/CongressParser.py are generated files
but they are not being regenerated during a package build.
(Note that simply calling antlr3 on the .g will set a timestamp at the
top of the file which will render the package unreproducible again,
assuming you apply #835617. It may make sense to sanitise this with,
for example, sed.)
