Dear Maintainer,
I see from vieweing bug report #835264 that you have identitifed a fix to
replace the discontinued service:
"This Service is no longer available"
"In Accordance with NWS Service Change Notice 16-16 this service has
been discontinued. Please see Weather.gov and tgftp.nws.noaa.gov (raw data)"
The previous bug reporter's architectuer is armhf (armv7l), I thought I would
report a bug for my architecture as well.

Attempting to retrieve weather data for portland, or using $weather pdx
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I tried multiple methods of weather data retrieval for my location, all
failed (using zity, zip, airport code, etc)
* What was the outcome of this action?
No weather data returned.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
At least one option/method to return weather data.
