Dear Maintainer,
As of June 15, 2016 (officially) NOAA has discontinued weather.noaa.gov
All my attempts are getting 404 errors, even manually going to the webpage :
pi@TCCicePi1 ~ $ weather -v 27613
weather error: failed to retrieve
http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observations/metar/decoded/KRDU.TXT
HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
I have seen that you can similar information from this :
tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/observations/metar/decoded/KRDU.TXT
(note the removal of "/pub/")
