Bug#833953: upgrading libharfbuzz-icu0:amd64 (1.2.7-1+b1) over (1.0.1-1+b1) fixed it

I had exactly this problem, and indeed upgrading libharfbuzz-icu0:amd64
(1.2.7-1+b1) over (1.0.1-1+b1) fixed it.
