Upstream has released a new version (2.0.3), which is substantially
architecturally different and ships as a set of packages
(cnrun-tools, libcnrun2{,-dev}, lua-cnrun), rather than a single one.
Decision is to retire the old cnrun package (and have #826867 autoclose).
