Hey Dan, I'm busy these days so I haven't been able to pay much attention to Midori, but I did a quick search on the internet for this nouveau message and found several reports of exactly what you're experiencing. There are apparently a lot of ways to try to fix this; I'm posting a few links that I found: http://askubuntu.com/questions/183386/nouveau-driver-issue-when-trying-to-boot-ubuntu http://askubuntu.com/questions/600467/blackscreen-failed-to-idle-channel So far, this doesn't seem a problem with Midori, but with the nouveau driver. I'm tempted to move this to nouveau, but I'd like to make sure that you can solve your issue first.
