Well... them "problem" is that countless of packages could/would then
splitup in systemd/sysvinit/<whatever the maintainer wants to support
as well> packages...
Not sure whether this is a good idea... and whether the improvement in
keeping things "clean" justifies that.

Perhaps rather something that should be "decided" on a broader range
for Debian.

Kinda strange... here these packages are sysv-rc owned... if they're
left over, than somewhere is a bug (dpkg-helper scripts? init-helper-
scripts?)
