Lintian complains about new systemd service file:

W: systemd-service-file-refers-to-obsolete-target

...due to obsolete target `syslog.target`. Please consider removing this target
from systemd service file. If in doubt, refer to lintian.debian.org for more
information.

Moreover, the systemd service file does not have a [Install] section. This
means that the service cannot be *enabled*. For example, maybe we should add a
WantedBy=multi-user.target line?
