Hmm. Failure to build from source is still a bug. Ok, some people do not consider a FTBFS to be serious if the failure does not happen in the official buildds, but this fact should only make the bug non-RC, not make it a non-bug. OTOH, if there is really a good reason to fail in this non-standard environment, then the bug should be reassigned to whatever package setups the non-standard environment (bootstrap-vz?), not just closed.
