I can confirm that I am seeing this as well. Using an account through Evolution seems to work, but using a GOA one hits this bug. Worse, the bug persists even after the GOA account is deleted. Removing both accounts (in Evolution and GOA), then re-adding the account only in Evolution appears to fix the problem.
