Sorry, maybe my last message wasn't very clear : I think there are here 2 
different bugs :
1) The original bug reported here, about group and user permissions
2) The missing executable permissions, I am affected by this bug with version 
1.0.10.2.dfsg-2 on stable debian (jessie), like Kevin Cousin it seems.
