Steps to reproduce:
echo test > a
bzip2 --compress --keep a
ln -s a.bz2 b.bz2
bzip2 -d b.bz2
bzip2: Input file b.bz2 is not a normal file.
What I think it should do:
Extract the file the symbolic link points to.
