Hi,

> {'mtime': 1381745472} != {'mtime': 1381752672}

I just spotted that 1381752672-1381745472 = 7200, which is my current
offset from UTC in seconds.

However, exporting TZ=UTC does not fix the problem and I'm not sure about
the umask issue.
