Looks like it disappeared from mono-utils October 16th:
- Removed dh_installxsp, postrm-monoxsp and postinst-monoxsp. Those
files will be in the XSP package (mono-xsp-base) instead.
mono-xsp-base does not exist in the archive currently; for some odd reason it
is on _backports.org_ of all things, and it seems to be in Ubuntu. I'd guess
the xsp version that's stuck in NEW (uploaded yesterday) actually contains
the package, though, so this bug could probably be fixed soon.
