hm, after an "apt install --reinstall assword", i agree that it is now
sorted for me :/ i don't know what version i was running! possibly some
sort of demo/test installation from previous development which didn't
have 9d01b66056a0d365b5f8d35e439c4231cbf6df4e included.
I'm closing this bug because it seems to be resolved for me.
