Please update hyperref from version v6.83p to v6.83q.
The bug
http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/315462/texlive-2016-hyperref-cleverref-incompatibility

is extremely uncomfortable: valid documents don't compile, making the 
package half-useless for me at this very point of time. The bug is fixed 
on CTAN, so you just need to repackage.
