Yes, but this entry is not shown when you upgrade from 1.5.2-2 to 2.0-1,
because it is related to upgrades from versions < 1.5.0-1 to versions >=
1.5.0-1, which is not the case. Normally I would expect this info in
README.Debian and (for apt-listchanges users) in also NEWS (and maybe
also as info during installation: Maybe "Please do not forget to run
upgrade.php after installation" or something like this).
