i also upgraded from iceweasel 38 to 45.2.0esr-1~deb8u1 and found the
pwdhash-addon to be deactivated although depending on the new version of
firefox/iceweasel
as suggested in the previous mail i investigated the file
/usr/share/xul-ext/pwdhash/install.rdf but there i found
<em:maxVersion>*</em:maxVersion>
so i was not really sure what to do.
