Package: ulogd Version: 1.02-2 Severity: important
I regularly (every 4 minutes or so) get these messages both on the console and on /var/log/messages: Jan 17 15:41:10 ulisses kernel: ulogd(1285): unaligned trap at 00000200001e2ce8: 000002000020a0e5 28 4 Jan 17 15:41:10 ulisses kernel: ulogd(1285): unaligned trap at 00000200001e2d64: 000002000020a0e9 28 4 Jan 17 15:41:10 ulisses kernel: ulogd(1285): unaligned trap at 00000200001e2da8: 000002000020a0e1 28 3 Jan 17 15:41:10 ulisses kernel: ulogd(1285): unaligned trap at 00000200001e2df4: 000002000020a0e1 28 2 This happens on an AlphaServer ES40 (SMP 4xEV67 666MHz) and on an AlphaStation XP1000 (UP EV67 666MHz). This doesn't seem to affect the functionality of ulogd, but it is extremely annoying as it pollutes the logs and the console with massive amounts of text. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: alpha Kernel: Linux 2.4.27-2-smp Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages ulogd depends on: ii libc6.1 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
