Bug#820533: appstream: Icons 64x64 is refetched in full on every change

Icons are really big (6M, unacceptable), but metadata itself is not bad:
1.7M.

While waiting for this issue to be fixed, I'd like to disable automatic
download of these data, how do i do that ?
