Dear Maintainer,

I was wondering why some calender displays in my .concyrc just broke.
Turned out ncal is not working anymore as before.

ncal from bsdmainutils 9.0.6:

$ncal -M -C -h
     June 2016
Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su
       1  2  3  4  5
 6  7  8  9 10 11 12
13 14 15 16 17 18 19
20 21 22 23 24 25 26
27 28 29 30


But ncal from bsdmainutils 9.0.10:

$ncal -M -C -h
Usage: cal [general options] [-jy] [[month] year]
       cal [general options] [-j] [-m month] [year]
       ncal [general options] [-bhJjpwySM] [-H yyyy-mm-dd] [-s country_code] 
[[month] year]
       ncal [general options] [-bhJeoSM] [year]
General options: [-C31] [-A months] [-B months] [-d yyyy-mm]


So this broke.
The combination of -C and -M is not working anymore.
The combination of -C and -h is not working anymore, too.

-C alone works, -M alone works, -h alone works.
The combination of -M and -h still works.


man-page still lists all options as valid options and hasn't changed.
