Gna, I should have waited until Dist::Zilla v6 was available in the
archive before building libdist-zilla-plugin-ourpkgversion-perl in
pbuilder.
It worked locally because Path::Class was still installed and it
worked inside pbuilder because it still built against Dist::Zilla v5
which still had a dependency on Path::Class. So obviosuly the
dependency on libpath-class-perl was already missing before and was
only provided indirectly.
