This will depend on what I found out from #824818.
I've cleaned up the old 1.0 patches, nothing really big, except the 3 new C++ symbols. Whoever uploads it, will need to close both 824721 & 824818. So clearly 1.1.0 do make sense for stretch. Thanks.
