This bug seems to be holding up the updates to many KDE packages since they only see the latest unstable and not the latest stable from upstream. It's reported in #821187 for plasma-workspace but this seems to occur with practically all of the Plasma and Frameworks packages. So could this be fixed soon (or at least given a higher priority)?
