I am getting errors like the above from my server. I've recently implemented
monitoring of SMTP delivery and my monitor is telling my about this about once
a day
and it's happening on regular mail too.

My postfwd.cf is only 8 lines long and the VM has 2 cores of a fairly recent
AMD64
system with almost no load. There's no reason why postfwd should take any time.
