Dear developer team, I do not know, if this can help, but since the changes of initramfs-tools and maybe util-linux I get the following messages, when a new ramdrive is beeing built (i.e. at kernel upgrade:
initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.5.0-2-amd64 cryptsetup: WARNING: failed to detect canonical device of /dev/sda6 cryptsetup: WARNING: could not determine root device from /etc/fstab Well, it does no harm, but I do not understand, what this message wants to tell me ( I understand the English, but not the background) On my system /home, /usr and /var are encrypted filesystems. In case, this information is useless for you, would be nice, if you could give me some clue though. Thank you very much. Best Hans
