kFreeBSD builds of ntfs3g are failing:

  ntfs-3g_common.c:833:14: error: 'ELIBBAD' undeclared (first use in this 
function)
        errno = ELIBBAD;

Please fall back on some other reasonably appropriate errno value when
ELIBBAD isn't an option.
