Some more: It does not seem to be caused by gtk3-nocsd (tried with both: having it correctly disabled globally and completely purged).
But it actually may be a theme issue contrary to what I've said before. Switching to Adwaita everywhere seems to solve at least some of the issues,.. but it required a restart of the DE. So maybe this bug needs to be reassigned to clearlooks-phenix-theme. Cheers, Chris.
