In the mate menu, Accessories, I see: "Pluma Text Editor".
* What was the outcome of this action?
"Pluma Text Editor"
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I should see "éditeur de texte Pluma".
Probably a packaging problem. Because fr.po contains the proper string in
data/desktop.
